The Week In Review - Banana Berries, Happy Thanksgiving, Roast and Mash + Thanksgiving Dinner

Monday (Nov 24th, 2014)

AM: A little Monday morning reminder for myself...

Quote by H. Melville, editing mine.

Tuesday (Nov 25th, 2014)

AM: CM's physical audit day. Spent most of my work day in a stuffy and dusty warehouse.

PM: Returned to the office at 4pm, set down my belongings and was ushered into a room for tea time break.

Wednesday (Nov 26th, 2014)

AM: Breakfast bowl - Sliced bananas, blueberries and a muesli bar.

PM: Fell off the Clean Eating wagon and munched on two pieces of Hot & Spicy chicken from KFC for dinner. Rebellion has never felt so sinful and gratifying.

Thursday (Nov 27th, 2014)

AM: Breakfast bowl - Greek yoghurt with sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, muesli and flax seed.

Noon: Lunch plate - Honey and soy roasted chicken breast, with a side of mash and mushroom gravy.

PM: Apple pie from Macca's for tea, courtesy of Strawberry Shortcake.

Also, HAPPY THANKSGIVING, everyone! Sharing this quote that I love:

"Once in a while, amidst all your bad days, you'll have a good day. A great day even. Make sure you remember those days. Keep them safely in the pockets of your coat or in a jar on your desk because you need to know that there are and will be better days. You need to remember how on those days you felt all warm inside. Like you've just drunk a hot cup of tea. Like a small fire has ignited inside of you. Hold on to the warmth and never let it go."

Here are a few things that I choose to be thankful for: God, family, friends, a job, good health, food and a couple more...

Friday (Nov 28th, 2014)
