I've been on the Clean Eating bandwagon for a little while now, usually for breakfast, my first meal of the day.
Lately, the food at CM took a significant turn - for the worst, that is - and I decided that instead of lamenting over this situation, it's an opportunity for me to work on my cooking chops and take Clean Eating up a notch.
This was today's home-cooked lunch:
Cheese omelette with grilled portobello mushrooms and sauteed spinach with almonds as sides.
