Adversity does not just build character.
More importantly, it reveals character.
It is during those catastrophic times, where what you are truly made of, is shown.
My personal belief is that with every tribulation conquered, it is not reason for us to gloat or be given leverage above the rest.
With every trial subjugated, it is for our hearts to grow bigger, teaching us to love in a greater capacity. With every affliction prevailed against, it gives me another reason to say, "I am still standing, because of Your enablement and empowerment."
A lesson for us all,
