This is enough proof that dogs are indeed smart, except those of the Shih Tzu and Chow Chow variety. I once heard that they are extremely dim-witted and slow, not to mention those trademark bulging eyes, F-R-E-A-K-Y!

Max knows how to say 'Thank you, Mummy' ( And I am not kidding, I am dead serious ). He can also walk and dance ( Yes, twirl in circles ). I've a good mind to get him a pink tutu as I believe it will complement him perfectly but the rest of the clan thinks I'm nuts.

I am gonna teach Max to curtsey, and we'll see who has the last laugh when he does it...
