It has been instilled (I thought that 'drummed' seemed rather harsh a word to use, but believe me, it is the more accurate one) in me that manners are important, VERY important.

I grew up with that in mind and heart.

Two days ago, after slight tweaks in my plans, I got Siri to reply a couple of texts and re-arrange the events in my calendar for me.

She did it all without so much as a grunt, and to the letter.

I gave the ol' girl a pat on the back and said a simple 'Thank You' to indicate the end of her assignment.

And, her reply was
