
Alexis' Tiramisu cake (which I had last Christmas).
It differs from the typical Tiramisu cakes I've had (and expected it to be).
It is covered with cream and coated with a generous amount of caramelised almonds. It is layered with chocolate bits in (more) cream and soaked-with-Kirsch sponge cake.
It's sweet (and crunchy) perfection with every mouthful, really.
